License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and the developers/owners of Real Tic Tac (“http://realtictac.com/”) regarding your ability to use the Real Tic Tac game and any relevant services. By downloading, installing or playing the game, you are accepting the terms of this EULA and agreeing to be bound by them.

License Grant

The Company grants to you, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and play Real Tic Tac for personal, non-commercial use.
You may only play the X&O game on authorised platforms and compatible devices.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the game for any commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the Company.
• Exploit any bugs, cheats or hacks in the game to gain an unfair advantage.

Ownership

All content in Real Tic Tac, graphics, sound effects, music, game mechanics, and everything is owned by the Company or their licensors. You do not gain ownership rights in any way.

Account Responsibility

You, as the user, agree to keep your account login information private and confidential.
A user will be responsible for all activity under their account.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You must be 18 years or older.

In-Game Purchases

Any purchases made in the game are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
The game is primarily played using virtual gems, and your rewards or progress within the game are linked to your account and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash, goods, or services outside the Platform.

Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate the Account at any time on breach of the EULA.
Once terminated, your license ends, and you shall cease to use the game immediately.

Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is”. The Company makes no representations or warranties that the X&O game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Company won’t be liable for any data loss, progress loss, in-game rewards, or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your access to and use of the game.

Acceptance & Confirmation

By downloading, installing and or playing Real Tic Tac, you agree that you have read, understood and will be bound by this EULA.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of India.
The jurisdiction of competent courts in India will govern all disputes.
