Account Deletion Policy

Overview

We value your privacy and respect your decision if you choose to stop using Real Tic Tac. This section explains in detail how account deletion works, what information is removed, and what happens after you make the request.

What Deletion Means

When you delete your account:

We will remove your profile, login details, match history, gems, rewards, and progress permanently from our servers.
You will completely lose access to any gems and achievements you have earned to that point; we cannot restore them.
You will not be able to log in with your previous details.
All personal information name, email, and anything else you've provided, will be deleted, with only legal exceptions.

Retention of Data Policy

We may retain minimal data (for example, logs or security data) for a limited time to comply with legal obligations, resolve issues, or prevent fraud.
When we have completed our obligations and no longer need to retain your data, all data will be permanently discarded.

Reactivation

After deletion, you will no longer be able to reactivate your account.
If you wish to use the service again, you will need to create a new account from scratch.

Important Information

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Gems and rewards are virtual items of no cash or monetary value.
Gems/rewards cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or money or transferred to a new user.
